Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday during regular business hours, except on national holidays. Domestic delivery usually takes between 2 and 7 days.

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items while sending out the remaining items in your order.ts.
Shipping expenses are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of the products. The shipping fee will be included in the total purchase amount.

If you are unable to receive the delivery, you can reschedule with the courier for another delivery time or collect the package from their premises

Changes to the shipping address can only be made within 3 hours of placing your order. No changes will be made once the order is dispatched, even if it is shipped within 3 hours from the order time. If the address in the order is incorrect and the package is delivered to the wrong address or returned to us, no replacement or refund will be provided. If the delivery address needs to be changed after dispatch, there will be an additional charge for the amendment.

There are absolutely no hidden charges. All taxes are covered by abisilks.com. You only pay the amount shown in the order summary.

To place your order, follow these steps:
1.Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like.
2.After choosing your favourite product, select the relevant size and colour you prefer. You can check out our size chart for reference.
3.Click the “ADD TO CART” button.
4.Proceed to checkout, enter your details (Email, Name, Address, & Phone number), and select the desired payment method.
5.Confirm your order by clicking on “Place Order.”

Once an order is placed, we have a strict no cancellation or exchange policy.
Returns are not accepted for slight colour variations due to photography lighting or for handloom sarees with thread knots that are not considered damages.
To address complaints, you must provide a video of the parcel opening. Complaints without a parcel opening video will not be considered..

Before dispatch, we thoroughly check all products. If you receive a damaged item, please send us your order number, name, and an unboxing video to our WhatsApp number +919750032632. We will contact you within 1-2 business days.

The product must be in its original, unused condition with the same folding for returns or exchanges.

We will refund the cost of shipping the product back to us, along with our charges based on your location. However, we are unable to cover any extra charges.

While we do not offer refunds, we can assist you with exchanging the product. We may request additional information or photographs to process your return request.
